1.  Loving others begins with Jesus' love for us—We must be connected to Him spiritually to give love. 

2.  Allow God to prune away sin in our lives—prune selfishness, jealousy,bitterness from our lives.

3.  Stay connected to the vine—Keep our relationship with God thriving.  John 15:5

The pathway back to God is alway repentance.
